In celebration of Valentine’s month, we created a heartfelt journey through Flávia’s Italian roots: bruschettas, minestrone, burrata salads, and ossobuco with polenta — dishes that speak the language of the heart. The dessert was poetry in itself: pear tart with ricotta, honey, and thyme, crafted by a Portuguese pastry chef. We raised our glasses to love in all its forms, with wines that told stories of their own.
