“Flavors from the Cerrado, Echoes from Bombarda”

In the heart of Porto, during the Simultaneous Openings in the Bombarda Art District, we paid tribute to the cuisine of Minas Gerais with the dish Nhanhá Nhonhô, which Flávia learned from Dona Geralda in Lapinha da Serra. Delicate cornmeal, cheese bread, and pork ribs told stories from the depths of Brazil, paired with wines from small producers carefully selected by a remarkable sommelier. A night where art and affection were served side by side.

”We already had a Kitchen4us experience… What touched me most was the intimacy and closeness among all the guests. It felt like a gathering among friends… You could feel that everything was made with love and care”  – Ivani Liorci

Kitchen4us was certainly an enriching experience. It was a culinary moment in which we enjoyed delicious starters, an incredible main course and ended with a well-balanced dessert, all freshly prepared at the venue, with touches of Portugal and Brazil. There was no shortage of carefully selected wines to bring out the best in the food. But this moment was also a wonderful opportunity to meet new people with whom to share this experience”  – Bret Demand
