“Behind Kitchen4us are two souls who are passionate about the art of hosting, telling stories and creating memories around the table – that´s what we love to share.”
I’m Flávia, co-founder of Kitchen4us, and I truly believe that food is one of the most beautiful ways to connect people. I discovered my passion for cooking by chance — and never looked back. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in professional culinary training (Specialization in Gastronomy from IGA – Latin America Gastronomy Institute in Brazil) and hands-on experiences across the globe, from my state in Minas Gerais (Brazil), to England, Italy, Spain, and now Portugal, where I live.
With a background in Economics and MBAs in Business and Tourism Management, I built a career leading companies and innovation projects. Today, I bring that experience to Kitchen4us, blending strategy with the joy of gathering people around the table to share flavors and stories.
I’m married, the proud mother of a wonderful son, and a cat lover. Traveling and cooking are my passions — and my source of inspiration to create meaningful, authentic experiences.
I’m Bianca, co-founder of Kitchen4us, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to stories — the kind you only hear when you’re really listening. For me, food is more than flavor; it’s an invitation to connect, share, and feel. Kitchen4us was born from this desire: to meet people, sit around a table, and let the heart of each cook season the experience.
I’m a psychologist by training and a connector by nature. I studied Psychology at Universidade Paulista and later pursued a post-graduate degree in Family Studies at Rede Amparo. My professional path began in Human Resources and event planning within multinational companies — experiences that taught me the art of bringing people together. Life then took me across borders, from Brazil to Mexico, Puerto Rico, and now Portugal, where I’ve built a home and community for my family.
I love living between the river and the sea, and lately, I’ve found joy in racket sports. I’m not chasing trophies — I’m just here for the fun, the friendships, and the people I meet along the way.
I bring to Kitchen4us my curiosity, my passion for human stories, and a deep belief that the best conversations happen when we’re fully present — ideally with something delicious in front of us.
